If you are not keeping the prospect tuned into your message by bringing value to their life, or you are wasting all their time talking about yourself you are going to turn them off from your offer. Don’t push their offensive buttons with religion, sex or politics. I am not talking about being controversial, because some controversy can get you audience really involved with the message. There is a fine line between offense and controversy, so take a serious precaution before you ever hit that send button because one bad email can turn away many customers or potential partners for the rest of time.
By all means if your business revolves around one of those three things, then you should follow number tip#1.

Sell by solutions- What I mean by that is this: People do not like to be sold too. Every one knows that, or at least I would hope that you do. If you are going to craft a sales message for your business opportunity or an affiliate product to promote it too your list, wrap that sales pitch into a story that gives away a valuable piece of information.
When you have shared your story and have enriched their lives, simply transition that story into a compelling piece of ad copy that will sell the product as a recommendation instead of a slimy sales pitch. Regardless if the reader purchases the product they should still be walking away with more knowledge and value.
