Lord Of The Three Rings Marketing

Posted on 11 November 2009

So over the past couple days I have been reading an incredible book by three Gravitational Marketing Specialist (a.k.a. Attraction Marketing To Most People) Jimmy Vee, Travis Miller and Joel Bauer, and I have literally been blown away by the way that they bring their Gravitational Marketing concepts to business.

If you have been around in this industry very long, I know that you have heard of the term “attraction marketing” from almost every successful and unsuccessful marketing “Guru” out there. Well this post is going to be a breath of fresh air from the attraction marketing “blueprint” that you are getting from everyone else.

Gravitational Marketing is based on the concept of three simple elements. These same three elements that are present in attraction marketing but they are more clear in the way to implement them into your business. Even though there are three separate rings in the gravitational marketing concept they are all interlocked to work together like a prospect generating magnet.

If you break even one of the rings, you will lose direction and your message will not will not connect with or even get heard by your prospects.

Here it goes.

Three Rings 50
.

Ring #1 Market.

You have to know who your target market is. It is not enough just to say that your target market is other network marketers, because it is not that simple. ( Yes I know, you have been told that endless amounts of times by endless amounts of people)

You have to break down the walls because not all network marketers are the same, they are not searching for the same answers, they don’t have the same questions, they don’t have the same needs. If you do not target their specific needs then you are going to have a disconnection in your marketing material and disconnect means wasted money and wasted time.

Ring #2 Message

Once you have established who your target market is, you have to have the ability to craft a message that really resonates with their needs, wants and desires. People are driven by two things and two things only.

The ability to seek pleasure and ovoid pain.

Everything that you do in your life is truly based on these forces. In business, too many people get wrapped in the thoughts that their business is going to bring them great pleasure but they spend too much time trying to avoid pain by stepping out of the box and doing the things that it takes to be successful.

You message has to be focused on communicating the message of how you can bring your target market pleasure or help them eliminate pain.

Ring #3 Media

Media is simply how you get your (Ring #2) Message in front of your (Ring #1) Market. The internet has given us the ability to literally put those two pieces in front of hundreds and thousands of people every single day. Using social media, pay-per click, banner advertising, forums, ezines, articles and video your media outlets are pretty much endless.

In Short Your sole purpose in your business is this:

1. Find Your Target Market
2. Create a Message
3. Deliver Your Message

That is it. This is how billion dollar brands are built. As simple as it seems too many people are getting wrapped up in too many different things at once. They are wasting time trying to be everything to everyone and it is simply not effective.

You need to narrow your focus not only in who you are target, but where you are targeting. There are simply too many distractions these days and with the competition getting more and more fierce everyday you have to buckle down and do ONLY the things that are effectively going to build bring in profit for your business.
