Wow. The year has literally flown by faster that I could have ever imagined. The reason for this post is I want you to take a look at your business, and even more importantly I want you to take a look in the mirror and see who you have become.
Many of you may read this and say, “Jeff, I look the same, what does this have to do with my business.”
This is one of the most powerful industries in the world, you can create success that is far beyond most of your dreams. I have spent the last couple weeks, setting up my goals for 2010, evaluating my business plan and setting up my first ninety-day plan for the first quarter.
It is crazy, I have been so focused and exited about creating my plan for next year, that I have let go of a few important things in my marketing this month that were providing me a steady supply of fresh new leads.
But you know what…It does not matter. You can’t lose what you don’t have. I cut out some resources and I don’t have those leads coming in anymore…oh well. You can’t lose what you don’t have. I have monster goals for 2010, and I am literally putting together 100’s of little pieces that I have slowly picked up over the last 18 months.
This blog that you are reading right now, is going to become a major part of my overall business plan. While small now, which this blog is relatively new at only about it’s 4th month of existence. it is quickly becoming a source of information and will only get stronger as the new year and myself move forward in this industry.
Now back to looking at yourself and your business. There are really three things that are going to make your 2010 your best yet.
I don’t care whether or not you were a 7- figure earner, 6-figure earner, 5 figure earner or you did not make a single dime in this industry for the past 20 years it does not matter.
All those things were.

If you are wanting success so bad you can taste it, you have to understand that the past is the past. Your business is now. All of the things that you did not accomplish before this single moment in time (excuse the French) don’t mean shit.
If you are sitting there watching t.v, flipping through the newspaper or reading the newest edition of G.Q magazine you are wasting time and not producing for your business. If you want to be in the G.A.M.E for 2010 here are your three things.
Goals- This sounds so cliché but if you want to have a real business, you have got to have goals. I am not talking about.. “ I want to Make 50k next month” king of goals. You need to have goals that are achievable so that you can accomplish them step by step and feel like you are constantly moving forward. Write your goals down, memorize them and say them out loud. Place your goals in a place that you can see them every morning when you wake up. Engrain them deeply in your mind, so that you NEVER stray away from them. Never lower your goals…always be making them harder to accomplish. (this is growth)
90 Day Plan- This is your outline for achieving your goals. Creating yourself a 90 day plan will allow you to visualize how close you are getting to your goals. Here are a few questions you can ask yourself that will help you create your own mlm 90 day plan.
1. What marketing worked for you business last year.
2. What are some of the up and coming trends in your niche
3. What is your competition doing.
4. How are others achieving your goals
5. What marketing did you not learn that you want to implement
Daily Method Of Operation- This is where it gets fun. The daily method of operation (DMO) is a daily action plan that you follow every single day. Set yourself up on a time frame for each and every piece of your overall marketing strategy.
Here is a simple example:
30 Minutes Writing and Posting An Article
30 Minutes Posting Classified adds
30 Minutes Shooting a Video And Posting It
20 Minutes In Your Favorite Forums
15 Minutes on Twitter Adding friends and commenting
15 Minutes on Facebook adding friends and commenting
15 Minutes On Youtube adding friends and posting comments.
This is a great example of what you need to be doing every single day. If you are consistently following through with your Daily Method Of Operation, you will be completing your 90 Day Plan thus you will be achieving your goals.
It is that simple my friends, when it comes to creating leads, cash and new distributors in your business the three things that I have outlined for you is your success plan for 2010.
You don’t have too much time left to get 2010 planned so it is time to get going on these things.
