Network Marketing Training- The Importance Of Training For Your MLM Business

Network Marketing TrainingThe statistics of this industry are quite staggering when you really look at it. The majority, and what I really mean by majority is about 95-97% of all the people who get involved in this industry, never make it past the ninety (90) day mark in their business.

Why? Because they were never tought the right way to build a business.


In reality this is a business model that is extremely simple. Expose your product and business opportunity to as many poeple as you possibly can. It is really just a numbers game. The more people that you show “The Plan” to the more people are going to partner up with you, or buy your product.

The problem is this: The startup costs to be a part of this great industry are so low, that nearly everyone has the ability to start their own business overnight. With no inventory, no shipping problems, no legal forms and generally no knowledge of running a business what-so-ever. This is really a business model that you can plug into and get going almost immediately.

Why is this a problem for most people?

Because it makes this industry look too easy, and in turn gives people these pumped up expectations and once they don’t get met the distributor gets frustrated, quits and leaves the industry with a bad taste in thier mouth. Moreover, they blame their sponsors, upline, company and everyone for the fact that they could not hack it. All this is for one reason.

Lack of training.

Real network marketing training is really what seperates the average Joe in this business from the top producers. There are so many great leaders out who have walked the path from failing business owner wannabe to internet network marketing superstar almost over night because they plugged into real information and took massive action on what they were learning.

If I were to go back to the beginning of my journey as an entrepreneur this is exaclty what I would do.

Get my hands on as many training products as I possibly could afford from marketing experts, Mike Dillard, Jonathan Budd, John Carlton and Eban Pagen I would spend as much time as I could getting on training webinars, listening to personal development and business materials from guys like the late
Jim Rohn, John Assaraf, Robert Kiyosaki and Og Mandino.

These are the things that successful network marketers do, they don’t sit around waiting for big things to happen, they develop the mindset of a serious business owner and start treating their business like a real business. They learn new skills and master those skills.

They become marketing machines. They create goals for what they want to achieve in their business, they create a plan for how they are going to accomplish those goals and they create a daily plan of action that ensures that every step of the plan will be fulfilled.

When One goal is accomplished another one is set. If their ninety days is up and there are goals left that were not achieved, they investigate why, and redisign their plan to make things happen. You have to understand the science of building a business. Becoming successful is not by not by chance, yes there may be a little luck involved, but success is really just doing the things that the other 95-97% would not do.

So are you going to become the top 3-5% or are you going to sit back and be a cheerleader and hooray everyone that is taking action. The choice is yours if you choose to make it.
